Silver Quality Awards Workshop
Our facilitator for the workshop is Cathy Bergland, who currently serves in the Quality Award Program as a Trainer, Judge, Examiner, and Board Chair. She has more than 35 years of experience in the older adult profession and provides several examples and practical advice. This will be an interactive and highly-participative session.
