This session explores how effective interdisciplinary meetings and report utilization drive MDS accuracy, PDPM reimbursement, and Quality Measure (QM) performance within the facility’s QAPI framework. Participants will learn how to structure and lead productive MDS, Medicare, and QAPI meetings that use real-time data and reports to strengthen communication, identify trends, and support compliance. The discussion includes best practices for using MDS validation, PDPM, and QM reports to guide decision-making, prioritize action items, and sustain continuous quality improvement across clinical and financial outcomes.
